Orders and payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Shipping fees may apply.

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order.

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled — see our Refund Policy.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; Certavibe is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect details.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All website content, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Certavibe LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

User content

If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant Certavibe permission to display and use that content for business purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Certavibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for delays or interruptions beyond our control, or for issues arising from improper use of our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
